My name is Hazen A Rolle a Private Chef native from the magnificent island of Exuma, Bahamas. I am a recent graduate of the University of the Bahamas where I obtained my Associates of Applied Science in Culinary Arts and Tourism Studies. I was also granted the opportunity to represent The Bahamas on an international scale, at the Taste of the Caribbean where I was able to make history winning back to back overall Gold for the year of 2018-2019 all-time hall of fame. Nevertheless, I also ventured on a cooking exploration in the beautiful country of Italy. I traveled to 5 different regions, learning the history and the beautiful culture that Rome possess, as well as leaving with certifications in Italian cuisine's, Chocolate work, Wine creation and finally Cheese making. Having learned and understand different ethics of eating around the world. It gives me a better appreciation for your work. An American chef who specializes in French cuisine once said, "A recipe has no soul. You as the chef must bring soul to the recipe". I whole-heartedly believe in this quote.
