Born and raised in Nassau, I am a native to the indigenous islands of the Bahamas. My love for cooking bloomed at a very young age as I was always inspired by my mother's home cooking. Growing up as a child I always dreamed of becoming a chef and eventually made my dream into reality. I've been cooking professionally for the past 10 years. My journey started from humble beginning as I studied at our local university where I obtained my Culinary Degree. Upon completion I dived head first into the work force where I've had the opportunity to work in numerous restaurants, and hotels across the islands of The Bahamas. I am also well experienced in the yachting/boating industry where I've worked as a private/charter chef for the past two years. I have a strong background in Bahamian/Caribbean fusion, Asian/Japanese and Mexican cuisine, however I am not limited to just these styles of cooking as I am very flexible, and my skills have allowed me to be very diverse in the kitchen quickly adapting to any request or demands made by my clients.
